We will receive videos of 2 minutes maximum length  and 8.00 Mb at a minimum size of 450x280 pixel in the following formats :AVI, MPEG, Quick Time, Real Video or Windows Media.
Your videos should be compressed before you send them to us. We recommend that you download “ MPEG Streamclip “, from www.squared5.com
Once open the application follow this easy steps:

1 - Open your video by going to File –> Open Files
2 - Compress your video by going to File –> export to Quicktime
3 - Full fill with the following settings as shown here

Sol channel will evaluate your video and its content before uploading to the channel.
