Weather - 1st Week May 2009

Monday 4th May to Sunday 10th May

Costa Del Sol
Nice and clear for the first half of the week although it will be slightly more overcast on Thursday and Friday. The weekend is looking sunny but will also have some scattered cloud. Temperatures are rising though! Temp 12 – 26º

Costa De La Luz
Very bright and clear skies for the first half of the week and from Thursday there will be some heavy cloud which clears up for the weekend leaving sunshine and some light cloud. Temp 14-22

Costa Calida
A beautiful start to the week with lots of clear, blue skies but from Thursday a fair amount of cloud sweeps in until Sunday. Temp 14-24º

Costa Blanca
Almost the same as the Costa Calida – starting the week quite nicely but then it will get a bit dark and gloomy from Thursday all the way thru to Sunday Temp 11-24º

Barcelona
Mainly cloudy this week in Barcelona with a  dark day on Monday which breaks up momentarily for a couple of days leaving sun but from Thursday it gets dark and gloomy again. Temp 13-23

Madrid
Well it is hot hot hot in Madrid this week with highs reaching 30º! Sunny with some scattered cloud from Monday through to Thursday when those dark clouds zoom in for the remainder of the week – no rain though. Temp 10-30

Balearics
Fairly overcast all week in the Balearics although the sun does come out most days. It´s particularly heavier on Monday and also over the weekend 7-24º

Canary Islands
Well very similar to the rest of Spain. The week starts  quite nicely with sunshine and some scattered cloud but from Thursday it becomes overcast and gray. Temp 16 – 23º
