Established just over five years ago, Andalucian Dream Homes have one of the largest real estate branches on the Costa del Sol, located on the sea front in Fuengirola. Their approach to sales is very much based on encouraging clients to travel to Spain on an ‘inspection trip’ – basically being shown around properties by a salesman. This is normally achieved through subsidised flights from a choice of UK airports.

The salesman will be working on a commission, and as such it’s in their interests to show you what you want. Andalucian Dream Homes are happy to arrange hotel accommodation for the duration of your stay (normally three nights) and provide airport transfers. The ‘face’ of their campaigns has been legendary English cricketer Sir Ian Botham.

Their website includes a property search section, dealing with apartments, townhouses and villas – anything from €50,000 to in excess of €1,000,000 in an area stretching from Benalmadena on the eastern side of the Costa del Sol, to Sotogrande on the western side. They also have a more limited inland selection (in Andalucia). They also provide a ‘buyer’s pack’ (with brochure and DVD) and are happy to give advice about the buying process in Spain. The company collaborates with legal representatives and independent financial advisors, in an attempt to make buying property from them something of a ‘one stop shop.’

More recently, they’ve ventured into the marketing of exclusive inland apartments in the area east of Malaga, as demand in their key market area to the west has slowed.
