Dallimore are a real estate agency covering most of the Costa del Sol in southern Spain, including Marbella. Dallimore has more than twenty years experience of buying and selling property on the Costa del Sol, and their website includes an extensive property search section, to make narrowing down your requirements a little easier. All price ranges are catered for, from around €300,000 up to €3,000,000 and all property types are available too.

On the finance side, Dallimore works with associates and experts who can give advice on subjects like mortgages, equity release, interest rates, banks, offshore companies, and currency transfers.

Dallimore are also keen to promote their “viewing visits” where clients fly to Spain and view properties over a period of three to four days, and can talk to a sales person on a one-to-one basis. Clients also have the opportunity to discuss issues with an independent English-speaking lawyer. If you decide to buy a property, they can also provide a comprehensive property management service, including fortnightly inspections, watering of plants, collection of mail, security check, and supervising any maintenance work that may be required in your absence.

Additional services are also available, including home furnishings, plumbing, pool and garden maintenance, insurance, marble floor polishing, and organising the services of electricians and locksmiths.
