Ventura del Mar is a luxury development in southern Spain, situated next to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus. As such, these properties don’t come cheap! From €890,000 euros for a two bedroom apartment, right up to a six bedroom penthouse for a cool 3.5 million.

The location couldn’t be better. Puerto Banus is renowned for its upmarket image, with yachts, expensive designer label shops, and exclusive restaurants, all jostling for space along its famous front-line harbour area, where luxury sports cars vie for attention from a young party-going crowd.
Ventura del Mar is just a short walk away, but is exclusive enough to be away from the madding crowd. You’ll find all the facilities you’d expect from a top class development, such as two private swimming pools and a large leisure centre, which includes a well-equipped gymnasium, Turkish baths, and sauna. There is also a purpose built beach bar for residents, with spectacular views of the sea.

The apartments themselves each feature under floor heating, with hot and cold air conditioning. Overall, you won’t find better quality, detail, or finishes within the apartments themselves. If you have the cash and you want to spend it, this is the place to do it in southern Spain.
