Los Naranjos de Marbella is located less than five minutes drive from the prestigious harbour of Puerto Banus. The Los Naranjos complex is only three minutes drive from Spain’s main coastroad, yet is free from any road noise. An imposing archway welcomes the driver into the complex, which benefits from 24 hour security at its main entrance gate.

The Los Naranjos residential complex has been designed in Andalucian style, and is close to four different golf courses. There has been a real attempt to give the development a feeling of traditional Spain, with its white-washed walls, small plaza-type squares, palm trees, other plants, fountains and swimming pools. Perfect for a relaxing walk in safe and secure surroundings – ideal for families.

The interiors at Los Naranjos are excellent, with top specifications and marble floors and bathrooms throughout. Air-conditioning comes as standard. In comparison to many other developments, Los Naranjos is fairly ‘low density’ with apartments arranged in groups of six, over a maximum of four floors.

Prices from around €300,000 upwards.  Other facilities include four swimming pools, bar, on-site social club, with nearby restaurant and supermarket, though Puerto Banus itself has all the modern shopping centre facilities you could ask for, including one of the coast’s largest branches of El Corte Ingles, and a huge Hipercor supermarket. All of this, less than an hour away from Malaga international airport.
