Grupovi Property Developers

Grupovi is a large company which incorporates developers, builders, and architects, from Almeria to the western side of the Costa del Sol. It’s in this latter area that you’ll find Sotogrande, an upmarket marina with bars and restaurants, and one of the finest and most sought after residential areas of Spain.

Gruopovi has built two developments here, Residential La Cañada and Almenara Luxury Villas. The first is situated on the first line of the similarly named golf course, La Cañada, consisting of a low density build of 18 apartments and penthouses, of between 70 and 150 square metres in size. Some properties come with their own swimming pool. All are very spacious and luxurious properties, with plenty of light and fantastic furnishings and finishes. They are both perfect examples of the Spanish Mediterranean lifestyle, that you’d come to expect in this part of southern Spain, with great views over the golf course and the grounds of the both complexes. All these developments are close to good transport networks like the main coast road and also the fast toll road – Malaga international airport is just over an hour’s drive away, while Gibraltar airport is about twenty minutes away by road. Overall, these properties are in an excellent location – tranquil, yet not far from all amenities you could wish for.
