FM Consulting have been closely involved with the sales and marketing of real estate, with more than fifteen years experience in the field, based on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain.

Their developments include the excellent Selwo Hills phase two complex, in the western side of the Costa del Sol, situated in what has been known as the ‘new golden mile’. They were also closely involved in the promotion of the Monte Paraiso development located in Las Lomas of the Marbella Club, and the Monte Paraiso Country Club in Cascada de Camojan. The latter included ten detached villas, eighty apartments, and a nine hole golf course. More recently, FM Consulting have put their name to six developments: Costa Galera, Las Lomas del Conde Luque, Jockey Villas, Golf Valley, Cortijo del Mar, and Herencia de Casares.

Future developments include properties to be built and/or completed in other areas of Andalucia like Benahavis, Gerena (near Seville) Mazagon (in Huelva) and Mazarron (in Murcia). However, with a slowdown in the property market across Spain, more developers are offering incentives to potential purchases, and FM Consulting are no exception. Investors who purchase apartments in the Costa Galera Country Club are being offered a scheme to rent the property for a guaranteed a six per cent return per year purchase price, during the first two years of ownership. During that time, owners will still be able to use the apartment for thirty days per year, at no extra cost, including cleaning and linen changing services.

Overall then, FM Consulting can provide a perspective both as a developer and a property agent, including project design, construction management, and marketing and sales of exclusive property developments, based on the Costa del Sol.
