It’s just a ten minute drive up a hill from Andalucia’s coastal area of Elviria, to a development of apartments called ‘El Soto de Marbella’. Despite being so close to the coast (and its busy road) the location for El Soto de Marbella feels like being in the middle of the countryside – there’s a huge nature reserve nearby, and the views from the top are spectacular.  Greenery everywhere (including oak trees) and unobstructed sea views.

Nearby, there is a world famous tennis school (where German champion Steffi Graf once trained) and a private educational school and of course golf is never far off (the Green Hills and Santa Maria courses are a short drive away).

The properties themselves are a variety of two and bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses (the latter being spread across two floors). The finishes inside the apartments are excellent, with marble floors throughout, top kitchen appliances, and large terraces with views of either the sea, the mountains or the large internal pool area. There is also a 24 hour security guard based in a guard hut at the entrance to the urbanisation, and all properties come with automatic security shutters.

There are extensive communal green areas surrounding the generously sized swimming pools, along with palm trees and other indigenous foliage. El Soto is only ten minutes drive down to the coastroad which itself is just ten minutes drive away from Marbella, so an exellent location. So, for peace and quiet and top notch apartments, El Soto is good choice for the first time buyer or investor alike.
