Alminar de Marbella

This luxury development has been designed by a renowned team of architects and built on an area of 26,000 square metres. But as well as that, and in order to provide ample green areas for residents’ enjoyment, there are also 13,000 square metres of green areas, including provision for a few small lakes.

Situated in the heart of the ‘golf valley’ in one of the most prestigious residential complexes in Nueva Andalucia, Alminar de Marbella is an example of adapting architecture to a unique natural environment. It is located just five minutes drive north of the famous Puerto Banus harbour, where you will discover designer shops and a huge selection of bars and restaurants.

There are nearby golf courses too, including Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, Dame de Noche, La Quinta, and Los Arqueros.
