This is a park catering to everyone's needs, with everything from 25m2 offices for rent to buildings measuring thousands of square meters and plots from 2,500 m2 for sale, and the possibility of obtaining subsidies covering up to 50% of the total investment.

The Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía offers companies located in its premises and their employees a series of services, either directly or through its Real Estate Conservation Entity and other companies operating on site.

These services include telecommunications, rental of meeting rooms, availability of qualified staff and other advanced and top quality services provided through the Internet, including the virtual teleworker centre, the virtual documentation and dissemination centre, a teletraining centre and technology centres, in addition to a FORMAN training centre where courses related to new technologies are taught. The Park also belongs to many business associations and networks that facilitate co-operation and relations between the companies in the Park and the outside.

Originally, the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía was conceived as a technological nucleus to stimulate industry in Andalusia. This mission was to be of a qualitative nature, with the park acting as the support for diverse functions, including the generation of scientific and technological knowledge, the implementation of industrial activities and top quality services to enable the application and experimentation of new technologies, and finally, the creation of structures providing technological and training services for enterprises and institutions. All of this makes the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía a scientific, cultural and leisure environment which produces synergies and facilitates "cross fertilisation" amongst the different agents of innovation.
