Aloha College is owned by the Aloha College Foundation, which is administered by a Board of Trustees. As the Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation all surplus income is reinvested in the development and improvement of the College. The main School building, purpose-built in 1982, now houses only the Junior School and Administration area. Facilities have been extended and improved over the years. In September 2004, the Senior School welcomed its first intake of students into its brand new, purpose-built facilities.

There is an Arts block, a Science block and a Resource Centre which holds the Library. The laboratories, IT and Art suites are equipped with the most up-to-date facilties. Aloha College has wireless computer connections in all its buildings. The primary aims of Aloha College are to enlarge each student's knowledge, experience and imagination and to enable each of our students to develop a set of moral principles, within a spirit of international understanding and interchange. Thus, they expect that the alumni of Aloha will play an active and leading role in the world beyond school.
