The seaside town of Fuengirola is 30km from Marbella and 18km from Torremolinos. Malaga airport is 31km away to the east.

Fuengirola has a population of more than 65,500 and a quarter are international residents. The town receives large numbers of tourists every year. Fuengirola enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate with an average temperature of 18 degrees.

Fuengirola is a busy town with plenty of facilities for both holidaymakers and residents. There are many shops in the centre and a new shopping centre, two cinemas and the Tuesday flea market is the largest on the Costa del Sol. Visitors will find a good choice of Spanish and international restaurants and the nightlife is well worth staying up for.

Beaches, Watersports, Golf:
Fuengirola’s 8km of sands are mostly blue flag and a palm-lined promenade runs all the way along the beaches. Watersports including diving and yachting are available. Fuengirola also has several prestigious golf courses.
